Couponing Paying Off!!!!!!

So I thought I would make a post about my new hobby. LOL

I started using coupons and have a great cache. I have 141 razors. Most of them were free and the others were less then a dollar.

Here I have 19 toothbrushes and they were all FREE!!!
23 tube of tooth paste all FREE!!!!!
Here is more of my treasures. I have laundry soap, fabric softener, body wash, deordorant, feminine products. I love getting stuff for FREE!!!!!!!

I also have about 30 boxes of pasta that I got for under 10 cents a box

most of them were FREE!!!!!!

It's about time I update! I Guess! LOL

First of all I would like to say I'm sorry. I have been alittle busy (I mean lazy) at posting to my blog.

So since April things have been going very good. We have all stayed busy and loving life.

David is still working really hard. And I am so blessed to have a husband that works so hard to provide for his family and still has the time to spend time with us.

For myself, I have stayed busy driving bus again and I have been doing alot of subbing at the Elementary where my son Matthew goes to school. I also received a new church calling: I'm the secretary in the Primary and love being around the children in my branch.

Matthew is now 11 years old. Boy time flies. He is in 5th Grade and loves learning. He is into hunting, video games and being with his family.

Haley is now 7 years old. She is in 1st Grade where she loves to read and do all types of homework. She is so funny. She also has written and illustrated her first book called: A Snake.
I will try to post it on here later.

Well I think that should bring us up to date for the most part. We are going to be spending Thanksgiving with David's Family.

Playing Catch Up!!!!!!

This is the kids Easter Morning. Matthew is showing off his new MP3 player/Camera. He was really excited.

Haley also got a MP3 Player. She found the sunglasses after she got up and didn't take them off until bed that night.

We took the kids up on the mountain and did their Easter Egg Hunt. Matthew's got hidden really well.

So I just wanted to let everyone know that all is well. I have a bunch of pictures to add to the blog, but haven't had a chance. So stay tuned.

A BRIGHT AND WONDERFUL NEW YEAR

What a great beginning to a new year. I am almost done with my EMT course. It is going great we have had some much fun in this class. I am in the class with a great group of people. We have been able to learn and a have a great time laughing at each other without having any hard feelings. I am so excited for the class to be over and kinds of sad at the same time. I will miss seeing my class mates a couple of times a week. I'm sure we will all keep in touch.

Moab Light Parade

We took two of our Fire Trucks from La Sal and put them in the Light Parade in Moab. It wasnt to bad as far as the weather went , it was alittle cold. We all had red noses by the end of the parade. The kids all had a blast riding on the fire truck and waving at all the people.

Haley's Birthday

This alittle late being posted but it's here finally. Haley had a great birhtday she got everything she wanted including a PINK BOW so she can shoot with her dad and brother.

Such A Busy Life

So I haven't been keeping up with my posting. So here is the story: School started on the 20th which went really good. The kids really enjoy school. Then on the 25Th it all started going down hill. I went to wake Matthew up to get ready for school and his entire body was covered in a rash. So I couldn't send him to school. Well the next morning the rash got even worse so I called and got him into the doctors office. They told me that he had a virus with a high fever. So I was told to treat the fever. Well the fever went on for 6 days. Matthew ended up missing 6 days of school. He was finally able to go back to school on September 2ND. He started peeling like he had gotten a really bad sunburn. POOR KID!!!! Other then that all has been going good. I am getting ready to take an EMT course in October. I have been able to go with the transport team to Grand Junction, Co. It has been good training. Well that's all for now. Hope everyone is well.

THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

Haley was so excited to go to school today. She woke up at 7 am and was dressed and had her hair done then was mad that she had to wait until 8 am to get on the bus. Sh really emjoyed her first day.

Matthew on the other hand was alittle harder to get up and going for school. He had to be out to the bus before 7 am for a long bus ride to Monticello. He came hoe and said the school was funner than he thought it was going to be. All in all I think they both had a great day.

Happy Fourth Of July

This 4th of July we started the day off with a parade in Blanding. Here is Matthew in front of one of the Fire Trucks that was in the parade. I was alot of fun, they was a big water fight involving the Fire Trucks and the crowd. What a great way to cool off in the heat.

What a way to end a beautiful day. We took the kids to Moab to the fireworks. Here are a few of the pictures I took.

Lake Family Reunion

Over the past weekend we went to the Lake family reunion. We go to a place called Bakers Ranch. David's brother Jeremy works for the company that owns it. We have been going out there for quite a few years. There is a cabin out there that we all stay in. It is always fun to get together with family that you don't see all the time. The guys usually go hiking. (Of course, if you knew these boy you would know that this is what the brother do best.)

The family can even go fishing while we are there. It is great to get out of the house and spend time with family.

Family Camping Trip

We went camping up by Medicine Lake with Mike, Daunne, Sam, Daegon, James, Justin, Scott, Pam, My parents and little brother Alan. We got snowed on alittle but it didn't stay. Thank goodness.

Matthew was being goofy. As always.

My little bug. Haley is always so happy to be outdoors. She is such a tomboy sometimes. But I guess thats what you get when you grow up in a family that loves the outdoors. Hunting , camping, hiking you name it we do it.

DYNAMITE SHOOT

We had the annual Dynamite Shoot for the La Sal Fire Department Fundraiser on June 6th. Here is my hubby(David) trying to blow up some dynamite. He didn't blow any up but he help out the fire department by giving us money. Thanks Honey. Thanks for your support.

END OF YEAR PROGRAM

During the school year all the kids were asked to learn about a country. Matthew picked Mexico.

The kids were asked to stand up for the Fitness Club. Most of the kids mde it through 1 to 4 times (which one time equaled 300 miles) Our Matthew made it 5 times. Thanks to his dad and there hiking. GO MATTHEW!!!

The kids also got to perform a talent. Matthew picked a skateboard trick. It was great.

Relay For Life

Well today was our team's yard sale. It went very well. It was suppose to start at 9 am and go until about 2 pm. But we all know what really happens. Everyone shows up about an hour early and then you are really busy for about 2 hours then it dies. Well about noon we packed up everything that didn't sell and took it to the second hand store. All in all it was a great turn out.

This was in the Princess castle. We only had the chance to see three of the princess. She was sad because the day we went her favorite princess wasn't there. But she had fun taking pictures with the one that were there that day.
